Hello everyone,
My name is Collin. I would like to know if anyone knew my grandfather Mitchell L. Wohlwinder. He served with the 555th Redhorse Squadron. He never talked much about his service and his story is lost as he died back in '02. If anyone has any info, please email me at collinjhatcher@gmail.com.
Thanks!

Can't seem to get into Re Horse discussion. Says not on line. Everything else on my computer and on the page is working so I was wondering if you have a technical problem.

I don't know anyone in particular in the 203rd Red Horse Unit but it has had a signifigant impact on my life. I was with the 130th Services Flight on 3/3/2001, and had the honor of serving in the call that went out for Honor Guard members to assist in the burial. It was a very emotional time for everyone and although I was not a part of your unit, I still tear up remembering the disaster. My heart still pours out to all of you and hope to one day visit the memorial and pay proper respects.

554th in 74/75/76/77 (U'Tapao and Clark AB Detachment)....we transferred CMSGt Step & a Half from U'tapao to Clark via C-130 (thanks to the 374th TAW commanded by Col Baginski--the 'Bagger', later Maj General and a great guy). 'Step' was left at Clark when the main squadron was transferred from U'tapao to Osan Korea (figured the Korean winters might be too hard on the little guy).....would love to hear from Horsemen of that vintage...Blessings to all.

Awesome site you guys have. Just Googled the 554TH and came across it. Past member of the 554th at Osan, AB from July of 91 to July of 92. It was my first duty station right after tech school and was a great experience. Keep up the good work, thanx for the memories.
